Dominika Maciejak is a hands-on customer service consultant, trainer and training designer, expert on customer service, company culture and customer experience.
She supports the development of sales force, managers and business owners. She trains in sales competences and management, creates business strategies and customer service standards.
Over the last 20 years she has worked for companies in real estate, retail, tourism and IT. Dominika graduated from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and completed postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management, Company Management and Service Design.
She speaks Polish, English and Spanish.

Jacek has been a business trainer for 20 years, specializes in managerial and sales training for the retail industry, he has worked for brands such as Apple, TOUS, Black Red White, Atlantic, etc.
Jacek holds a master’s degree in management and is a certified business trainer and facilitator. He supports companies in building their own distinctive methodologies of servicing customers. He helps to develop sales competencies and manages dynamically changing sales and customer service teams.
