Our auditors visit promotion points carrying out a thorough observation, in accordance with the agreed visit scenario and verify the compliance of the brand promoter’s behavior with predefined standards. We analyze how brand promotors respond to customer’s needs while presenting De’Longhi products or encourage potential consumers to get interested in De’Longhi brand and products. Furthermore, we evaluate De’Longhi’s direct competitors to benchmark the experiences received at their points of sale and if necessary recommend corrective actions to De’Longhi so that our customer wins among other brands and keeps the leader position at the Polish market.
